At Mario Shrooms, product quality and customer trust are central to our operations. As we deal with specialty and food-based products, our return and refund policy follows strict quality and safety standards.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit
  • There is a verified packaging or manufacturing defect

All requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for approval:

  • The product must remain unused and unopened
  • Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact
  • Photo or video evidence must be provided

Requests that fail inspection may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable products, including fresh mushrooms (unless damaged on delivery)
  • Items showing signs of use or improper storage
  • Orders purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales
  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility period

How to Request a Return

  • Clear supporting images or videos

Our team reviews all requests within 48–72 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated only when:

  • The return request is approved
  • The product passes quality inspection (if applicable)

Additionally, if an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability beyond 5 working days, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
  • In certain cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is confirmed as our error, return shipping costs are covered by Mario Shrooms
  • In all other approved cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
